3rd Grade – LIFE SCIENCE: How Animals’ Traits, Groups, and Habits Help Them Survive

The 3rd Grade Life Science Kit will introduce students to the concepts of life cycles, organism traits, organism adaptation and survival abilities, animal groups, and ecosystems. Students will deepen their understanding of life science by observing, analyzing, and interpreting data, conducting experiments, and participating in the Engineering Design Process. They also will create graphical displays of data and will learn how to develop and write scientific arguments.
