Woz ED HomeLearning Shipping Policy
wozed.com/homelearning/help
Effective for all Woz ED At Home Academy and Learning Pods purchases

Overview
Woz ED is committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. This policy outlines how we ship, what to expect during fulfillment, and how we handle issues that may arise during transit. Please review it carefully before placing your order.

Carrier & Fulfillment
Woz ED ships all standard orders via FedEx using our commercial account. Some products are fulfilled directly from the manufacturer via drop-shipment. In drop-ship cases, the same shipping timelines and policies apply, though the shipment will originate from the manufacturer's location rather than a Woz ED facility.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number once your order has shipped.
Drop-shipped orders may arrive separately from other items in the same order. Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.
All warranty, return, and exchange policies apply equally to drop-shipped products.

Shipping Speeds & Costs
FedEx Ground is the default shipping method for all Woz ED orders. Ground shipping is the most reliable option for our product types, particularly for orders containing drones or lithium battery-powered devices, which are subject to carrier restrictions on expedited air transport.

International Shipping
Woz ED primarily ships within the domestic United States. Limited international shipping is available to select destinations through a customer-preferred third-party shipping provider. Please contact us at wozed.com/academy/help prior to placing an order for international shipping.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, you must take the following steps:
Note the damage with the FedEx delivery driver before signing for the package, if possible.

Covering At Home Academy and Learning Pods Purchases

Overview
Woz ED is committed to providing high-quality educational technology products. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage terms for all Woz ED products, including those used in At Home Academy programs and Learning Pods environments (micro schools, charter schools, co-ops, and private institutions).

All warranty periods begin on the date the product is delivered to its specified destination, as verified through the shipping carrier's tracking system. Warranty coverage is valid for the original purchaser only and terminates if the product is sold or transferred to another owner.

At Home Academy Warranty Terms
For high-demand items, an advanced warranty replacement has been included within the original kit box on several of our Academy kit boxes. This ensures that, in the event of a covered issue, a replacement component is readily available to minimize disruption and maintain continuity of use.

Coverage periods for at home products are outlined in the table below. All warranties begin on the confirmed delivery date. If a product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the applicable period, Woz ED will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge.

* Warranty start date for all products is the confirmed delivery date to the destination address.

Drone Warranty — Important Indoor Use Requirement
WARNING: Flying Woz ED drones outdoors (outside of a designated indoor space) will immediately and permanently void the warranty. This applies to all At Homedrone products. The only exception is drones specifically designated for outdoor DRL (Drone Racing League) use.

Woz ED drones are designed and warranted for indoor use only. Outdoor use exposes the drone to uncontrollable environmental conditions including wind, weather, and uneven terrain, and constitutes misuse under the terms of this warranty. No exceptions will be made for outdoor damage claims on non-DRL drones.

What the Warranty Covers
During the applicable Warranty Period, if an authorized Woz ED representative determines a product is defective in materials or workmanship, Woz ED will, at its sole discretion:
Repair the product using new or rebuilt parts, at no charge to the customer.
Replace the product with a new or rebuilt comparable product or parts, at no charge to the customer.

Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of Woz ED and will not be returned. Warranty coverage applies only for as long as you own the product within the Warranty Period.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The following are explicitly excluded from all Woz ED warranty coverage:
Customer instruction, education, installation, or initial setup adjustments.
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or broken plastic on ports.
Outdoor use of any drone not specifically designated for outdoor/DRL use — this voids the warranty immediately.
Damage caused by weather, lightning, power surges, or other acts of God.
Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the product.
Use for commercial purposes, including use in a business, apartment complex, communal area, or any location other than a private home (for At Homeproducts).
Modification of any part of the product, including antennas or internal components.
Display panel damage caused by static (non-moving) images applied for extended periods (burn-in).
Damage resulting from incorrect operation, improper maintenance, or connection to an incorrect voltage or power supply.
Repairs attempted by any person or service provider not authorized by Woz ED.
Products sold 'as is' or 'with all faults.'
Consumable items, including but not limited to batteries, filament, nozzles, and build plates.
Loss or theft of the product or any of its parts.
Damage caused by contact with liquids, gels, pastes, or other substances.
