2. Website Analytics (WP Statistics) We use the WP Statistics plugin to analyze traffic on our website using a privacy-friendly approach.

  • No Personal Identification: This plugin is configured not to collect or store any information that can identify you personally.

  • No Tracking Cookies: We do not set persistent tracking cookies or similar identifiers in your browser for analytics purposes.

  • Anonymized IP Addresses: All IP addresses are immediately anonymized upon collection.

  • Local Storage and Responsibility: All data collected by WP Statistics is stored locally on our own secure WordPress server. Woz ED maintains full responsibility for the security of this local data and ensures it is never transmitted to third parties for analysis.

3. Children’s Privacy Our Services are designed for and directed at adult educators and facilitators.

  • Zero-Student-Data: We do not knowingly collect, store, or share any personal data from students or children under the age of 13.

  • Immediate Deletion: If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

4. Third-Party Services and Accountability Woz ED does not sell user data. We use essential partners only for operational necessity (e.g., MailerLite for digital guide delivery).

  • No Third-Party Payment Processors: Woz ED processes transactions via Purchase Orders. We do not use or share data with third-party credit card processors like Stripe.

  • Accountability: Woz ED only partners with third-party providers who maintain data protection standards as strict as our own. We require all sub-processors to adhere to the rigorous safety standards outlined in this policy.
