What is required to achieve "Data Validated" status?

Year 1 – Data Validated: Statistically significant positive change (7 of 9 outcomes K–5, 10 of 12 outcomes for 6–12)
Year 2 – Data Validated, Excellence: Statistically significant change in outcomes – sustained for two consecutive years
Year 3 – Data Validated, Distinction: Statistically significant change in outcomes – sustained for three consecutive years
Year 4+ – Data Validated, Sustained Impact: Statistically significant change in outcomes – sustained for 4+ consecutive years

Sites are selected and invited by Woz ED to participate in a year-long data study. Schools and districts that are actively implementing Woz ED STEM Kits with fidelity are considered for participation. The data criteria listed below are required for Data Validated recognition. Participation in consecutive school years is determined through a review process and extended by invitation from Woz ED.
