By accessing or using our website, wozed.com, and our educational services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). 1. Acceptance of Terms By using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Services Description Woz ED provides educational technology solutions designed to support teachers and facilitators in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM). Our Services include digital teacher guides delivered as PDF files. Services provided directly by Woz ED do not require nor use artificial intelligence.
3. User Responsibilities You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws.

Impersonate Woz ED employees or other users.

Engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases.
4. Intellectual Property Rights The Services and all content (text, software, images, and video) are owned by Woz ED or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use only. You may print or download copies of digital guides solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not commercially exploit, sell, or sublicense these materials without express written consent.
5. Digital Products and Purchase Orders Our digital teacher guides are provided as downloadable PDF files. Woz ED primarily processes transactions via Purchase Orders. Upon receipt of a valid Purchase Order or successful payment, access to the digital guides will be granted. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download has commenced.
6. Data Privacy & Ownership (1EdTech Compliance) Woz ED is committed to a “Zero-Student-Data” environment.

Data Ownership: Users and their respective educational institutions retain all right, title, and interest in and to all data provided to Woz ED. Woz ED does not claim ownership of any user-provided information.

No Student PII: We do not knowingly collect, store, or share any Student Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or education records as defined by FERPA.

Master Privacy Policy: All practices regarding data collection, security, 30-day deletion, and third-party accountability are governed by our Master Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Third-Party Tools: Some Woz ED Kits include third-party hardware or software. While Woz ED selects partners who demonstrate commitment to student privacy, data managed by those independent providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.
7. Links to Third-Party Websites Our Services may contain links to third-party websites not owned by Woz ED. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of any third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability Our Services are provided on an “as is” basis. Woz ED disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Woz ED be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or physical products.
9. Changes to Terms We may revise these Terms at our discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the County of Maricopa, State of Arizona, USA.
