When will the photos and videos be available?

Photos and videos will be available for download on this portal by January 2025. Please check back later.

Where do I select my afternoon activities?
You may sign up for activities and breakout sessions through the SCHED.com website or app.
What's the dress code?

For those of you not familiar with our area, Scottsdale is in the desert southwest at an elevation of 1,117 feet. In November, temperatures range from the high 80’s during the day, to the low 60’s in the evening. Be sure to pack a light jacket as it is always hard to predict the temperature in the conference sessions.

On Sunday dress casual (shorts, t-shirts, jeans, leggings, etc.) and be sure to arrive in time for the complimentary shopping at the Woz boutique. On Monday dress casual (shorts, t-shirts, jeans, leggings, etc.) for participation in exciting hands-on activities. Dinner that evening will be business casual.

For the Induction Ceremony, we recommend wearing formal attire for photo opportunities.  You may bring significant others, but no children.

How do I get from the hotel to the airport?
If you are traveling from out of state, upon arrival please request a ride from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) with Lyft or Uber and follow the prompts in the app for the pickup location. You can also use an alternative such as a Taxi, which are always available at the airport.
I'm a scholarship recipient how do I receive my reimbursement?

An envelope with your reimbursement will be provided to you at the welcome reception. This reimbursement will be given to cover checked baggage fees, food while traveling and ground transportation to and from the airport.

Can I bring my child/children?
Children may lodge with you, but may not attend conference events, afternoon activities or meals.
Where do I check-in when I arrive?
You may check-in at the front desk of the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia, 4949 E. Lincoln Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85253. Check in is at 4pm. You are welcome to check with the front desk prior to 4pm to see if your room is ready early. They will make every effort to accommodate early check-ins, but keep in mind that the rooms are not guaranteed until 4pm.

Your name tags will be waiting for you at the reception Sunday evening. If you arrive late, we will have your name tag available for you Monday morning at the info desk in the breakfast area.

Can I bring my spouse/partner/significant other?

Yes, your spouse/partner/significant other is welcome to stay with you. An additional fee of $750 allows them to attend the evening meals and activities, including the induction ceremony. 

You must notify [email protected] if you plan on bringing an additional person.

How is transportation handled for the official conference activities?
We will take care of it! Simply show up and we will direct you to the right place for pickup.
