A former teacher himself, Ricardo is proud to partner with educators across the country to identify and implement solutions that nurture curiosity, elevate expectations, and drive student outcomes.
A fierce advocate for his district and school partners, Ricardo leads with grace and acts with humility in his pursuit to do right by students. Success, he says, is measured by our impact in the classroom and beyond.
Ricardo currently lives in San Diego, CA, with his wife, Sarah, their daughter and two dogs. When he’s not outside taking advantage of the beautiful San Diego weather, you can find Ricardo watching the New York Mets or the San Diego State Aztecs.
